Eric and his team are great. We wanted to get our flooring asap before selling our condo and he was able to squeeze us in pretty quickly. I received two other quotes from Lowes and Rona for almost double the cost compared to what Downtown Flooring offered and Downtown Flooring's product quality was much better! Will definitely be working with them again.

This review is coming a bit late...like 3 months and I apologize for my tardiness. I called Downtown Flooring as I needed carpet in my renovated basement and 3rd floor and I needed it quickly due to the house going on the market. Not only did they manage to get me in sooner than I really expected but they were very fast and incredibly efficient. Basement room, stairs and then haul it all up to the 3rd floor using a narrow and steep set of stairs. I was very happy with the work and the price. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime.
