Braymore Piano Movers, Crane Service and Storage

The service I received from Braymore was to move a piano I had purchased. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The quote request and booking was easy and reps were very helpful and courteous. They call you in the morning of the day service is requested to give you a three hour window time. Since I was buying a piano from a friend I asked if the movers could call me when they were 30 minutes away so that I could be there for the pick up too. The Rep Sonya told me not a problem. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The movers Called provided the 30 min notification As requested and within about 10 minutes of their arrival, three young men were able to get the piano on the truck with care and delivered in to my home. The were great, very polite and friendly. The took great care in moving the piano and I was very pleased with the entire service. They are priced fairly too. I emailed 20+ piano movers with a list of questions. Braymore (Mark) was one of the first movers responded and professionally answered each single question that I asked. A few moving companies even recommended Braymore for piano moving. On the day of the move, both pickup and drop-off were seamless. All movers wore a mask and were respectful and careful. They were fully prepared with tools and floor runners to protect the property and the piano. The rate they quoted me was reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. We moved a piano with Braymore and everything went extremely well. The movers ,Josh, Kahlil and Kabi, were professional, friendly, and definitely knew what they were doing. We moved a piano from Toronto to Hamilton, from a locker to the basement of a house. They were on time and moved it with no issue. In fact the guys saved us money as we thought we would have to partially dismantle the piano to get it into the basement. They were able to move it without dismantling it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone moving a piano or any large or unusual item.

All 3 men were excellent: they made sure that both my piano and the surrounding furniture were protected and that all Covid-19 rules were strictly followed.
