Chartwell Regency Retirement Residence

My family and I have had a great experience at Chartwell Regency. We love their staff and their General Manager Lina. Lina is wonderful with everyone and is always available if needed and treats everyone like her own family. Thank you Lina and to your team for being fantastic to my family.

I came to visit my friends at the regency and the front desk was so helpful! All the workers told me hi, asked if I needed help and answered my questions accordingly. The environment was very tidy and I got the chance to meet the GM, who was very lovely during my stay. Thank you!

We have had the opportunity to work with the residents and staff of Chartwell Regency several times. The General Manager - Lina - is truly exceptional. You can tell that the residents think of Lina as family. It is obvious that Lina loves her job - and her seniors! - and that this passion and concern extends to her staff as well. They are always courteous and professional when dealing with our moving teams, and they make our job much easier. I have been an employee here for over 10 years. I always tell people how much I love my job, the staff, the management, the residents and their family. It is my second home. I am very fortunate to work for such a great company.

My 100-year-old Mother recently moved into Chartwell Regency residence and I have to say that this change in living accommodations was being anticipated with much trepidation. Our fears, however, were quickly dispelled as we were constantly met by happy, kind and caring staff members who consistently went out of their way to accommodate and assist in meeting Mother’s needs. We would like to thank all staff members but to make special mention to Helen on the main desk; Agnes and her wait staff in the dining room; Genny Rose and Jesusa of the Wellness Center; Destiny from the recreation department who tries to provide inclusive and interesting activities for all guests and Ernie in the maintenance dept. The warm, caring and welcoming atmosphere their hard work and efforts produce are much appreciated.
