I don't want to dismiss the other comments on the reviews listed, but from my experience with the management and staff here, I truly feel that they care and try to provide the best environment they can. More funding should be allotted from the MOH (government) for more staff...which is common with almost every LTC facility. Parking can be a bit of a challenge some days.
