Alkon Electric is AMAZING. I contacted them for panel work and they responded within the hour to schedule an appointment and to request a photo of my electrical panel. Within ten minutes of sending the photo, Alex called me to tell me he could fix it over the phone. Boom, ten seconds later, problem solved. No charge! Amazing service, kind people, a ton of integrity.

I would like to thank Dimitri and Alex for making my experience dealing with my electrical problems less stressful than it could have been. They came to trouble shoot my problem, provided a solution, and several suggestions which was much appreciated. After deciding on a plan which would take a couple of weeks to implement, I experienced another electrical problem. Alex came promptly and quickly fixed the problem without charge. This was highly unexpected and certainly makes me feel that he has my interests in mind. Update: I had a circuit breaker panel installed. It was a very long day with a few glitches requiring more materials and more time. However, Alex and Dimitri worked tirelessly to fix the problems without additional cost (again much appreciated). I am very happy with their work and will continue to hire them. Update: I had my baseboard heaters and thermostats replaced...much more efficient. Alex came and did all of the work. Even though the price was negotiated well in advance and materials costs had gone up, he kept to the original quote. I will now use Alkon for the electrical work in my kitchen renovations.

Alex was amazing; the condo fan for the dryer ceased and Alex fixed it by cleaning the motor and the area around the motor! This would have cost a lot of money but Alex advised that to take it a step at a time, ie he will try to clean the motor first and not to worry! Amazingly, he managed to clean & get it working again with a silent sound! Also, Alex is a true professional; reasonable price for what he accomplished! You cannot go wrong with Alex's services! Thank you Alex!
