When I first enquired about a unit at Public Storage Siva was very helpful, kind and made sure all of our needs were met. We recently relocated and needed to move our storage unit closer to us. Although we were leaving the Mendota location Lynne still went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. She didn’t need to help us but did anyway. Thank you to Lynne for her help. The one year we did have a unit at the Mendota location it was great, very well kept and clean. I would highly recommend this location.

I found both Siva and Lynn helpful with any questions and or concerns that came up. The property is always clean and as a woman I always felt safe going there. would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in the area.

Went in to inquire about getting a unit and was helped by an enthusiastic lady named Lynne. She seemed well informed and was very pleasant to deal with. Plans changed and I no longer need a unit but I know where to get one in the future if needed.

Let me apologize to the google viewer for my wrong posting made yesterday. Due to my wrong touching on the touch screen on my phone, one star was posted instead of of my actual review of 5 stars. I feel so bad and really ashamed that In fact Public Storage does really deserve even more than 5 Stars for the wonderful support and service I have been getting from them for the last 10 years. Specially I must mention the name of Siva, taking care of Mendota Avenue branch, for his wonderful cooperation and services. I know him for the last 8 years. I tried with other public storage company during last Ten years time to time, but Public Storage is the best in all respect. I do recommend Public Storage with full confidence and satisfaction. I hope they will keep it up in future.
