My gym has been using Monster Plowing for the past five years and they have been truly incredible. They offer reasonable pricing and a high level of professionalism. On top of that, they have great customer service. In the five years we have used their services, we have never had a complaint. In fact, it's been the opposite, we only have compliments.

As returning plow driver for my second year, I can't explain how amazing and different this plowing company is! When you come to work everyone is positive and the comradery is outstanding here, if u need help with anything the whole team helps out. I can proudly say this one of the best companies I ever worked for. Management puts extra effort to keep employees happy, they know it's stressful, hard work plowing and shoveling snow, and that makes a huge difference to how our shift goes. We run a busy store here in Etobicoke, and contracted the parking lots and walkways to Monster for them to take care of the snow for the last three winters. The work was always done quickly, and they automatically come out whenever there is even a little bit of snow on the ground. We really like the green ice melter they use for deicing, especially because they apply it every time they come plow and even for freezing rain, so our property never had any issues with customers getting in and out of the store safely. We really love all the email weather updates they send also, very informative. 5/5!

I have been with Monster Plow for about 5 or 6 years now, they have the most professional team, from George, to Samantha, to the snow removal team on the road. They come by the the guaranteed time, and they make multiple visits during freezing rain, sleet events. I never have to worry about them not showing up, as I had experience with that with the company I hired before Monster. I cannot say enough good about them.
