ICC Property Management Toronto

I have lived in several Condos in Toronto and getting registered, moving in etc has its challenges. Moving into the Aura building has been the best experience I have had. The main reason for this is Michaela, she has been super responsive, understanding and very quick to help, all of this started even before closing. The team at the front desk has also been super polite, friendly and very helpful. I am truly looking forward to experiencing life at Aura

Cant praise the team enough for how helpful they were during my move-in at Aura Tower on College Park. I had plenty of questions, and a bunch of logistical factors - all of which they addressed for me extremely quickly and efficiently. BIG shoutout to Michela our condo admin, who has been so incredibly prompt, helpful and caring! This was easily the smoothest moving experience I've had in a long, long time. This is one of those situations where you feel safe knowing you're in good hands with a solid team of people looking out for you within the building. Super grateful to this team at Aura, and also big shout out to the security team who have been stellar, friendly, and super helpful!

The property manager at our condo was responsive and professional. I sent an email inquiring about policy/procedure matters and they always respond right away and sometimes even on the weekend. They have a big sense of responsibility and go out of their way to to provide guidance and answer any questions. I am extremely impressed and happy with their level of service.

Corrine is our property manager and she is very understanding, professional and always available. She helped me a lot when I faced some challenges with my apartment. Very happy with her and the rest of the team. Thank you for your hard work.

We have recently changed our property manager to ICC and I wish we had done it sooner. We had the privilege of working with Crystal as our property manager and she is absolutely incredible. Every question or concern we had were addressed quickly. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Crystal.
