Ive have been renting from Condo1 for the last 1.5 years. My property manager Nancy has been really amazing. She is quick to respond always helpful and understanding. My property manager before her was less responsive but since this switch i have had nothing but positive experience

Tenant selection is first class! Very thorough screening and exceptional communication between landlord and tenant. Manages the unit, regular periodic inspections, and consistently provides updates and feedback on our tenants. They have taken the everyday stress of investment ownership away. Amazing team and leadership! Very quick on all responses and made my experience with finding a renter/management of the property as easy as possible! My family has been working with them for years and they always find top quality renters for top rent! Highly recommend!!

Nancy was amazing, so kind and helpful. Very attentive and response time for any questions I had was very quick! This was my first experience renting a condo and I would recommend Nancy to absolutely anyone! She really made it very easy and exciting!
