Great company! It started with Nicolas M, the sales man. Very knowledgeable, and honest too, as when I asked if I needed a higher BTU for my wall mounted ac, he gave me his honest opinion and break down of how the units work to provide cold air depending on the room size. Thanks for that information! Calling the company themselves for an install date was a great experience, as everyone seemed genuinely friendly and were very helpful. Lastly, the install. Marco and Aurel did amazing, clean work. No mess, nothing to clean for me afterwards, and they took the time to make sure the job was done properly. Thanks guys! The electricians came after who also knew exactly what they were doing, who changed some breakers for no extra charge, and who assembled the housing unit for the ac outside as well. Good job!

We used their service two times. First, we installed our heating system (electric) like 15 years ago. And as we were so happy, we came back to purchase the 2nd one ( thermopompe). Very helpful stuff and when we had a minor problem, they fixed for free. Nothing to complain and we will definitely recommend the company!
