I put a bid on apartment which later initial check expert found the floor with a marginal slope. Which then needed an structural analysis to see if the foundation is settled or not. While the company could absoloutly bust me with a full building analysis, they started with initial inside unit measurements and get to verdict of officially certifying the health of building fundarion. Since then for any issue on my building I just dial their number, even if I need them to introduce some body else in the areas not related to their expertise. Absolout 5 out of 5.
