I have been banking with RBC for a while. Unfortunately, I am not able to bank at the branch on a daily bases. However, the once to twice a year that I do get to visit. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. As long as there is a branch here. I plan to continue to bank here, with RBC.

Amazing service from Mme Wong, she really went the extra mile to answer all my questions even those that weren't necessarily related to RBC itself. She was quick efficient and very professional 10/10
