I have nothing but great things to say about Wilkar. They have a great reputation in the industry and I must say my experience with them confirms this. I own a condo and have experienced first hand really bad management companies. Wilkar is the 3rd management company we’ve had managing our building and without naming the previous 2 management companies, nor getting into details regarding their deficiencies, let’s just say that the level of service, knowledge, honesty, professionalism and technology sets Wilkar apart from their competitors.
