Pros: excellent location, fast maintenance. Cons: the apartment does not turn on the heat until it’s freezing cold. Super noisy all the time because of the non-stop constructions around.

I lived in this property for four years. The team managing it was proactive, competent, reasonable, and generally super nice. Great location, close to everything, with all the necessary amenities. Had a great view on Westmount. I liked living here. All around great experience.

I’m a resident at 2121 Atwater... Had a few issues with my bathroom plugs as well as a window that refused to open with an old screen... The property’s maintenance man, Daniel Gagne, was promptly at my suite and efficiently repaired the issues while also volunteering to fix other small things that I hadn’t even mentioned. He was courteous, professional and thorough...much appreciate this level of service.
