Above and beyond service provided by Mr. Guénette . He is an excellent inspector, very professional, punctual and thorough. As first time owners, we don't have much knowledge regarding best practices and scope of repairs. he provided advice on small DIY tasks as well as tips on material and build quality when we engage with contractors for larger projects. His report was exceptionally thorough and was available for a phone when we were unsure or had questions. He speaks primary in french, he inspected each room with my partner(francophone), providing his insights and explaining to my partner what he was looking for and why it was important. Whenever there was a severe finding he would do his best to explain to me in english **I really appreciated this!**. the report was very comprehensive and thorough. We wish him all the best and assure all future clients who are looking for an inspector; Mr. Luc Guenette is genuinely great and we feel he provides above and beyond services!
