A.P.I. has taken care of my security needs for several years. Their response time is next to instant when required, patient when trying to get a hold of me, especially since I am hard to reach when I am away, and my alarm system is kept up to date technically and digitally with the monitoring app their service also provides. My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.
