Flawless. From the first contact to invoicing, everything was fast, friendly and professional. My iPhone X spontaneously stopped working and Apple wanted $800 for the “repair”. Cellphone repair shops couldn’t do anything to help. I texted iDRService and immediately responded that they could help. I mailed them the phone and within a day of receiving it they diagnosed the issue as water damage and fixed it within a few hours and shipped the phone that day. Very reasonably priced too! Amazing service. Highly recommend!!

Had the Audio IC chip failure on my iPhone 7 Plus. No one could fix the problem locally so I turned to Apple repair or a third party mail in services. Apple (as expected) is in the business of selling new rather than repairing old and quoted me a ridiculous cost. Was initially hesitant to ship my phone out of fear of never seeing it again. But Pano worked incredibly fast to repair and ship my iPhone back in less than a full 24hrs once it was delivered. Had it not been for Canada Post delays the process would have been super quick. Will likely use this service again if I have any other problems I can not get fixed locally. Thanks again!

Amazing person and amazing work!!! Went to Apple to fix my phone and they literally told me my phone is finished and I have to change it. Yet somehow this really nice gentleman was able to fix it in 30 minutes!! Highly recommended

Outstanding job. We had water damage in Ontario. We couriered it. Within a few hours, the technician had examined it and confirmed the damage and confirmed that all data could be retrieved. He quoted us a very reasonable $250 and upon me confirming it, he immediately repaired it and couriered it right back. I strongly recommend IDR without any hesitation. Thank you for a fantastic job.
