From 1 star to 5 star, How so you ask? Well, how do you make lemonade from lemons? People like ''Lisa'' from BellaVitra! Lisa took the time to call me and delivered a winning customer service experience. Al I can say is, regardless of what industry, it's not often to come across a situation where a company takes it to heart that they Really want to make amends and make things right. So often we (the customers) are never listened to. Lisa from BellaVitra has restored by confidence in BellaVitra: 1) She cares. Simple as it sounds, but she does. 2) I was listened to. Often we hear ''how sorry'', or ''I apologize''. But the difference is that Lisa listened, processed, and understood me. Oh, and her apology was genuine, not scripted. 3) Empathy and passion. Not often will you come across someone who takes pride and when things sometimes land wrong, are emphatic about it. That comes from caring and have passion in what you do. BellaVitra has what a lot of us need to have, pride and passion in our work. I am wholeheartedly confident going forward with calling BellaVitra again, because I know they care and that they will deliver a winning experience. Thank you Lisa and to all your team members for taking ownership and delivering a winning customer experience. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Well, Google asks to evaluate the enterprise based on Quality, Value, Responsiveness and Punctuality. Let's start with the good: In the cleaning business, most are not very responsive. You can leave a lot of messages and unanswered phone calls. BellaVitra are responsive once you agree to a service moving forward. Now the not so good: The VALUE is no better in the market place / price indicates. Where I feel they are somewhat sly, is if you are honest with your estimate of time so that they can estimate back an invoice accordingly, they do not deliver on that price. If you underestimate the time required then you should expect to pay more. IF it takes 4 hours to clean, and you say it takes an hour or two, then I am honest enough to tell BellaVitra that the previous three cleaning companies averaged (for example, 4 hours) time was ___hrs. But what I didn't expect, was to be charged more when the time given by previous cleaning services were all comparable. The proof is in our video surveillance, which told a different story. I was charged more, but I did not get more cleaning. I paid for the cleaning companies breaks, and cellphone use. oh well, buyer beware. The PUNCTUALITY was 5 hours after the appointment time. I guess that speaks on it's own. I really didn't appreciate having to wait for them for 5 hours. And yes, they knew (management) and no I did not receive any kind of compensation. And I booked two days in advance, and I asked them what would work for BellaVitra. I guess the fact they LOCKED me in by saying yes, I felt during the missed appointment time like a hostage. So I had to wait it out. 5 hours people, that's too long a time without some kind of apology or goodwill on there part. The QUALITY was like any other cleaning company, but somewhat below standards in my opinion. I suppose two people driving in a SMART vehicle, you can only hold so much cleaning tools and supplies. I'm not kidding you, a SMART Vehicle. There is barely any room for a vacuum cleaner, let alone tools and supplies. The floor mopping was really poor. I believe they used a stick and a rag, since they did not have a floor mop. I would of given them mine, but was told we have everything when they showed up. I suppose BellaVitra will write back some kind of response to the effect of ''blah blah blah, it's on me not on me, or some excuse about it's my fault etc''. But the truth of the matter is, the over all service was disappointing for the total experience promised. The marked up price and the level of cleaning (sub par) leaves a lot to be desired. Cheers!

Cleaning is never easy, but this company goes above and beyond.They are very helpful with last minute task add ons or time adjustments.They are transparent about their billing & offer excellent customer service. I have never had a issue that I could not resolve with them.
