Patio Design

Didn't do my patio, but they were helpful enough to take my garbage away :). Neighbor's patio look fantastic, I would most def call them when it's time for a patio upgrade. Thanks guys :)

Hi my name is Malcolm Travis. I live next door to the apartments and businesses who had patio design and their team do that beautiful upper deck and patio. The cre was efficient, and having work as a woodworker and placed order from the same lumber yard and supply (Goodfellows) where I noticed they had received lumber, it was clear the professionalism, and efficiency with which they worked. my old Muskoka Chair was right beside where the 'cuts' were pile. The reason I mention my experience is that I could see that in the remnant pile were still good pieces of wood, which meant that the patio they built had the best of good wood to match the patio design. Anyway, at the ed of the day they did what we do, and tidied the site. The crew were convivial at the end of the day. Despite its length. The next morning when the crew came to do final clean-up and haul out the cut pile, my old Muskoka Chair was beside it. It was perceived as part of the pile - no harm o foul (it is reasonable). When I phoned Patio Design to explain what Io thought might have happened I left a message - it was after hours. A Mrs. Lose Beauregard returned my call the very next day and promised to speak with upper management and make enquiries. The end result is, is that Patio Design matched their mottos of integrity and value of work, and are compensating me for the chair. That is follow-through and accountability. The best patio company. They came and built a deck so beautiful it was more than my expectations. I am very happy and satisfied with the teams at patio design. Very professional and welcoming. I would recommend strongly.

Hired Patio Design Mtl to redo the whole deck. The sales person took the time to do a complete design for us for our review on the spot. The work was done ahead of schedule. Expected the deck to be done in October 2020 but they came in September. The day before the old deck was removed and the next day we had our new deck. About 6-8 persons were involved. The work was exceptionally well done and the look was amazing. We were very happy. We had to have the railing changed due to municipal regulations. Patio design after sales service was impeccable with Emmanuel taking charge and a complete railing was reinstalled at no charge. Thanks also to Pier-Luc who was exceptional. Highly recommended for their professionalism and responsiveness. . Merci to all at Patio Design Montreal!!
