Went back, and the gentleman fixed the issue, and hooked me up 1* to 5*. Let's just say i wont do emails anymore and just go in person from now on Orignal post Been waiting for over 3 weeks , gave all my info , still waiting , i'm being ignored . Why did i go with Dewalt/ B&D when Makita/Milwaukee has a much better service ?

Ok because no one will put you the unpleasant pressure of the sticky sellers, but at the same time, not hard on the service and information if you are not an entrepreneur who buys regularly.
