On November 5th, I called to inquire about the availability of the 36 ”x 59” Hot-BLOCKS. The person at the reception told me that I could not order it over the internet and that I had to order by email. On November 6th, I emailed for the order. No answer On November 9th, I called to follow up, the person at the front desk told me that they did not receive the email so I resent it. On November 11, I called the same person for a follow-up who almost hung up on me telling me that they are very busy and that they will answer me when they have time. I understand that due to COVID there is a delay but I hope you will get back to me soon

Purchased a hot flakes floor mat, was damaged by the shipping. Called in and they sent me free of charge a replacement mat. Great service. Thanks!!
