Normally I deal with companies that have a lot of comments and ratings on Google. However, nobody answered me from the 3 or 4 companies that I called or they had availability only the week after. I didn't have my tools or my ladder to fix my soffit which landed because of the strong winds in my area. When I called Gabriel, he answered me, made an estimate, did quality work (I looked at him all along) and set off again on his way in the same day. Some points : - As soon as he left, he sent me his live location on Waze so that I knew where he was; - He respected social distancing measures (COVID 19); - He explained his work to me in detail; - He gives me a guarantee on his work and tells me to call him even if the guarantee is terminated in case of problems.
