This is a very well run company, I called for an emergency water damage decontamination. They showed up very fast, did their job with the utmost professionalism. They took great care in protecting the owners home, clean up afterward was impeccable, all of this done by courteous employees with a great work attitude and ethic. They were able to do the full decontamination AND they did and excellent job of repairing the damage caused by the water leak. They also provided detailed reports during the decontamination process, including multiple pictures and humidity readings throughout. I would highly recommend KBS Maintenance to anyone dealing with this kind of situation.
