We were offered the use of OnSide Restoration by our insurance company (Intact). When we were ready to have the work proceed - the person we agreed to have assigned to our file (after speaking with a more junior person, not liking him - another more Senior person was put in charge of our file) ...and meeting him. We found our restoration project manager was highly professional and the various teams he dispatched in a a very organized and timely fashion. In the end you could NEVER tell we had sustained water damage. Each crew cleaned up after themselves daily ! Worked autonomously, and were very professional and courteous Sometimes a little Squeaky Wheel is all it takes !! Our experience was excellent !
