Michael inspected two homes for me in NDG and they were extremely well done. The best inspector we've worked with to date. Extremely thorough, same-day 90 page detailed report and very educational as well. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Rodrigues and his son did a very thorough inspection of a house we're in the process of buying. They walked us through the house and explained everything in detail as to what the main issues were, and what we needed to do to address them. They also provided an extremely detailed preliminary report (with pictures!) the very same day of the inspection. We are extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a thorough home inspection!

I highly recommend these inspectors if you are in need of a pre-purchase inspection in the Saint-Hubert area. I had two inspections done by them. Their reports are concise and delivered within 48hrs. The two person team that was there for our inspection was very efficient, knowledgeable and take the time to explain their observations. They are certified, insured and make it well known what the limitations are for a home inspection. We did two inspections with this company. The first home they inspected for us had many major inadequacies and they saved us from buying a ''lemon.'' Things that our real estate agent did not see and that the seller's own inspection did not reveal either. When we needed to inspect a second home we did not hesitate to request their services again. The second inspection was at the start of a snowstorm (the joys of purchasing in the winter). The weather conditions weren't ideal but they did let us know that for safety reasons that parts of the inspection could be missing. Had we had the time we would have scheduled another day but they did what they could and the report was still very thorough. Buying a home is an important investment, and I would not purchase an investment without doing the necessary research. I am glad to have used the services of Inspections Rodrigues for the purchase of my home.
