I went to change the plan and to change my branch and 1 month after, I realized that NO changes were made and that I was charged a transaction fee while I normally have nothing had to pay. I went back and the changes were made and refunded. I leave 4 stars since the employees are smiling and have a good service! I am satisfied despite everything ... the error is human.
