Laurence and Vanessa are the best building managers I have ever had. I have lived in the building for 2 years. They have always been very nice to me. When I first came to the city I spoke very little french and they accommodated me and helped me settle in. The building is well maintained and if you have any problem they will always help you. I will miss staying in this building as I move on after university.

Spacious, well heated and very bright apartment.personal rental and maintenance very friendly and efficient, Laurence is always responsive to our requests.excellent communication on the settlement, and interventions within the building. Maintenance of the common parts are correct, the hallways are always clean if we are all respectueux.plusieurs washers and dryers available in the basement in clean and practical laundry space. building 5min walk from Laval University, Metro and Provigo supermarket, pharmacy and Pyramid.
