I called several appraisers, AJL were cheaper and faster (2 weeks faster) to get a report of an appraisal of a house we wanted to sell and for which we were in a hurry. She was able to come and visit the house the day after our discussion, and released the report in 1 week. The report was well assembled and the price in what one would have thought also. Good service! I will send him a second rental house to evaluate!
