I was very satisfied with the work of Mathieu Poirier when buying our first house in 2019. Thorough and generous with his knowledge, he explains as the inspection progresses everything that could be improved or should be. replaced and explains how to do it. It quickly presents a complete and very detailed report, with multiple photos. An excellent ally for an informed purchase! I recommend Comspec inspection with eyes closed
