Mr. Gagnon gives impeccable service. During the inspection, He looks at everything, answers your questions and is not afraid of getting dirty! The pre-purchase inspection report is very detailed, full of recommendations, advice and very clear explanations. Everything is illustrated with images and photos taken during the visit. It allowed us to make an informed choice before buying a first home. There is no doubt that we will use his services next time.
