Very fast to make a quote, but no operator to do the housework! I even spoke with the director, Alain in Quebec, about my discontent. He was very surprised by my story, he swore to take my case and follow me quickly. Here we are 4 weeks later and no follow up on his part. I finally received a follow-up after 3 months to apologize for the service. Since I am in good faith I change 1 star for 4 stars for the service of Hugo T. thank you
