We were super lucky to find ''Inspection sur Mesure'' in a critical moment. They expected our house prior buying it. The inspectors were very professional and detailed in their explanations and how it is good to solve an issue or to maintain a specific system in the house. The inspection was outside and inside and it was very throw and detailed. We received very useful report with photos and action items which gave us very good idea what should we take care of immediately. We would recommend this company. The inspector was very professional and did a thorough inspection. The report was complete and and delivered within the promised time frame. If/when needed we would definitely ask for their services.

Four Stars; only because this is my first property purchase and I have nothing to measure against! I was recommended by a friend and am truly not disappointed. Beginning at 9am; the interior followed by the common spaces and then the exterior or the building. What could have been a simple once over of a semi basement condo I opted for the condo plus building and common spaces; a little more expense but peace of mind and financial implication of owning a property. The inspection was performed thoroughly and by an informative and knowledgeable inspector. Inspection was available in both French and English; I opted for English. We spent close to 3 and a half hours from top to toe. My realtor was impressed and I can only express my gratitude and know that in the future I will again use their services. Thank you!
