Tino’s Carpet & Duct Cleaning

The team arrived promptly at 8am, and my wife answered. I came downstairs to find two young men standing less than 6ft away from my wife, without masks on. I promptly asked them to put masks on and one pulled one out of his pocket, while the other had to go back to the vehicle to get it. I informed them that my mother has stage 4 cancer and we’d like to see her this weekend. As someone who has made many sacrifices to respect the health and well-being of the community I was not happy to see this from Tino’s. The service was performed well, and the two young men were nice. Overall satisfied with the service, but disappointed that staff did not adhere to Provincial Law during a pandemic, and respect my family’s health and well-being.

The cleaning team arrived on time. They quickly and efficiently cleaned and sanitized our living room carpet. The gentleman were friendly, polite and took care while moving large pieces of furniture around. Discussing price and procedures over the phone with Tino was great. Prices are fair and the service is awesome!

Recently got our entire ventilation system done by Tinos Carpet & Duct cleaning and the work speaks for its self. They showed up on time respecting COVID-19 Protocol and got right to work and were very respectful of my home. Without a doubt best company if you need carpets or duct work done.
