I have hired J.R. snow removal since 2014 and have nothing but accolades to bestow upon them. They keep me informed by email sometimes 3 or 4 times a day telling me when to expect my driveway to have an initial pass, to move any cars out (when allowed to do so by City) so that they can do another pass, give updates as to when the City will be clearing snow from the neighbourhood so that they follow up with yet another pass and all of this with the initial passes happening at 2:00 - 4:00 a.m. ensuring those that have to get out early to work, are able to do so. Very professional company of whom I recommend in my area time and time again. They are worth the bit extra in fees as you get what you pay for.
