Great service, they diagnosed and fixed an annoying and obscure amp problem I was having. Set the bias etc. All within their time estimate: and for a good price. I will definately go back in the future for anything else. October 2020 edit: took my frankenphone es-335 that i had been hacking parts onto like a newb and Zak turned it into something B.B. would try to borrow. Strat will be going in soon. Do not hesitate. If you don't love your guitar for any reason take it to Zak and you'll love everything except the time you waited to bring it in.

The absolute best in T.O. Have had Basses, guitars, and amps modified, setup and repaired going all the way back to Songbird days (yup I'm olde). Great rates, super friendly and knowledgeable...
