We were approached by a company that works on behalf of Chubb Alarm to install video monitoring for our restaurant. We gladly accepted a 42 month contract because it is Chubb Alarm what could go wrong. We only found out that Chubb Alarm subcontracted counter force when we had no service and started complaining. Upon calling Chubb alarm they sent a contractor who fixed the problem we had . Now that we are out of business because of COVID -19 , we are once again victims of Counter force for the remaining few months. This people have no heart and soul . We have brought the issue to the BBB attention. We urge Chubb alarm to please step in and help us deal with Counter force whose hostage we have become. We await for your response since we have you as a monitoring company. Thank you.
