After a shaky start when a rep didn’t show up to give an estimate, Jeff entered the picture and ensured everything from then on went smoothly. My back yard is narrow and challenging, but Jeff came up with a plan and an estimate. Both were very good. He then arranged for a building permit and started work a few days earlier than scheduled. Edgar was the main carpenter who worked hard and well. Not only were Jeff and Edgar good at what they did, they were invariably upbeat. The result was a relatively stress-free build and a back yard that I love.

With several deck companies that didn't even have the courtesy to return our calls, we were so impressed with Jeff getting back to us so quickly as well as his response time throughout the entire project. He doesn't beat around the bush and drag the project out. He knows what he's doing, has sound advice, and gets the job done. His team, Chris and Jason, were awesome as well, and I hope that we have an opportunity to use their services again in the future. Our deck is stunning and it was built very quickly, at a fair price, and with no hassle. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. Not the cheapest deck builder but made to last a lifetime. Very good attention to details and provided fast and reliable work. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with in a timely manner. Great customer service. Workers at the house were very respectful and professional. Thank you Serge for all your hard work.

Last summer i contacted Jeff from Super decks after talking to many other builders who either didn't return calls or were not interested. Jeff was quick to reply and came on site to give me measurements and a quote. Within a week or so him and his guys started on the job. They tore down the old deck and built an amazing deck with stairs to the ground. We were so happy with the job we hired him to build us a shed as well. Started the jobs early in the morning and overall finished within a reasonable timeline. We didn't the like condition of a couple of the wooden boards and 2 supports and without question and hesitation he switched them out for us. This guy knows his decks and makes sure the customer is happy before he leaves. Thank you Jeff for a great deck and shed, I will happily recommend this guy to anyone wanting a quality deck and customer service!

Superdecks did an excellent job with our new deck + pergola. Jeff and his team we super helpful and got the job done very fast. They took our ideas and made them better. Tons of attention to detail and a lot of small touches to make everything really look perfect. Can't wait for this summer thanks to our new deck.
