Julie was professional, friendly and approachable. We sold our house and bought a new house through her. Her advice on how to prepare our house was excellent. We sold our house in 3 days for more than we asked for, and bought our new house in 8 days. The new house exceeded our expectations! Julie also helped us through the logistics of finding a mortgage broker and a good lawyer. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. Well done Julie.
