Scott is a very good realtor. Very responsive and quick to answer all questions at any time. He happened to recommend our mortgage broker (whom we chose prior), and recommend the house inspector. Both of which were fantastic. 2 months later I asked him about getting in touch with the old owners about a package we received for them and he had it taken care of in an hour. Highly recommended!

We worked with Scott when looking for a rental unit in Ottawa. Not physically being in Ottawa seemed like it would be difficult and nerve wracking, but Scott made the process completely seamless and as easy as it can possibly be. Scott was incredibly thorough when previewing condo units, especially when considering rental appeal. Scott went above and beyond as my realtor. I used him to both sell and buy my new home (was relocating from Kanata to Downtown) and the whole process took less than 3 months. His eye for detail, solid understanding of the Ottawa real-estate market, full service approach and ability to resolve unanticipated problems as they cropped up (even if it meant waiting for trades-persons at my home when I was unable to miss work) helped reaffirm my choice to go with a top-notch realtor, instead of a service with less commission fees. He significantly contributed to the selling of my home for way over asking price, as well as the acquisition of my current home in a delayed, multi-offer situation by tactfully pushing me to present the best offer possible.
