I had the privilege to work with Graham as my agent. Graham is very professional, always available and demonstrates very good negotiation skills. He was more than able to overcome any questionable expectations I had about Real Estate agents in general. With Graham, the process of buying a home turned very easy for me. His availability and openness helped me save time, money, hassles and made the process easier from start to finish. I strongly recommend Graham's services to others who are considering buying or selling a home.

Graham is a very warm and attentive agent. Despite the stress of buying a new home, he put my husband and I completely at ease. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He was quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns and was truly engaged in the process, even going as far as to book a last minute showing in the middle of a snowstorm! He informed us of the realities of the market and why it is so competitive, but in a way that didn't make finding a home seem impossible. Even now that we have purchased our home, he has remained available to address any concerns we've had, and was kind enough to bring us a housewarming gift!
