Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite here last week - it was an excellent experience. The suite was larger than expected (2 bed/2 bath), with lots of windows on 2 sides, and great views. The beds were super-comfortable, the swimming pool/gym facilities were excellent, and the 24-hour concierge people were very friendly and helpful. It was a real treat to have ensuite laundry, too. We thought this was a good location, too: Walking distance to Rideau Centre, Byward Market, government buildings, etc. Definitely recommended - I don't know why anyone would stay at a hotel in Ottawa when you could stay at this place for less money.
