My elderly parents are residents at Chapel Hill Retirement Residence. The staff are wonderful. They are always available to answer questions and for support whenever we need them.

Place is clean and fresh looking. Decor is warm and structure is open concept. Employees are courteous.

4.5* stars. Our Mom recently moved in and we have been very happy with the services, activities and with how the people go out of their way to help others. Changes in lifestyle can be most daunting & confusing to say the least, but Chapel Hill has facilitated this transition with their kindness, warmth, humor and understanding - Oh and Mom loves the food! The Christmas Party was so much fun and the residents LOVED it. We would recommend Chapel Hill Retirement Residence to anyone looking for a 'home'. Thanks again to the entire staff & volunteers.

My mom has lived at Chapel Hill for quite some time now. Prior to her moving in, as a family, we spent lots of time researching other retirement homes and decided Chapel Hill would be the best for her. The time and effort each staff take to ensure the level of care, the cleanliness of her room and the building, the assortment of food offered daily all give myself and my siblings peace of mind. There has been some staff changeovers however the current management remain positive, welcoming and available to chat. 5 stars well deserved! Keep up the great work Chapel Hill.
