The staff are hard working and approachable.

Friendly nursing staff but not pragmatic: - upon arrival staff member (nurse?) came to open locked main entrance; quickly took off without asking if we knew where to find the person we were visiting; so walk down a very long corridor to find someone to ask for directions only to be told that the person was at the very opposite end of the long corridor - staff member (nurse?) gave directions on how to find our way out (long winding corridors) but did not take initiative to send someone to open the locked main entrance; again as at time of arrival had walk down a long corridor to find someone to unlock the door (after there was no response to pressing call button at the entrance) - phoned ahead to ask if a the person was at this nursing home and got not callback after leaving a voicemail message to the nursing station
