I would like to let everyone know what a GREAT place The Waterford is to work. The management and employees have a special gift which they share with all the residents and work together as one Family. The best part of any day is to see the smiles on the residents faces while they enjoy the daily fun activities and the fantastic food. We all look out for one another and communicate any concerns, which are always dealt with in a timely manner. It truly is a Community. The family values are at the fore front of every day living. The staff are strong and work together well with the same goal in mind. The TEAM and family owned ideals and environment allows for residents and visitors to feel welcome at all times.

What an amazing place. They have done a fabulous job thinking out every little detail to make this an incredible community. It is stunning inside and very comfortable, while making you believe you are at a resort. The highlight of the establishment is the Atrium. It is a tropical beauty that has comfortable chairs to curl up with a book or stop by for tea and cookies. The facility is clean and bright and the staff, for the most part, are attentive and quick to act. They are still working out some communication bugs, but I have faith this will come together in time.
