Chartwell Stillwater Creek Retirement Residence

The Olde Forge Community Resource Centre had our volunteer appreciation lunch held in their lovely facility. The catered food was home made, served hot and enjoyed by all. Stillwater staff very accommodating and helpful through out our event. Thank you

My parents have been at Stillwater Creek for the past two years. The transition to living in a high care environment after spending their lives at home went very smoothly. The staff are very considerate, the meals are good and my mom loves the trips that they take residents on quite frequently.

Mom is receiving much better care at Stillwater Creek than we were able to provide for her at home. Everything mom needs is now much easier for her to access safely. The employees are very caring and respectful; they seem well equipped to support aging with dignity. We like the info they share with us about mom and the questions they ask us so they can better support mom’s needs. The way the employees interact with and assist mom and the other residents is heartwarming.

I'm grateful my in-laws are in such a great environment. The staff are all very kind and caring. In particular Andrea has been especially helpful through this pandemic, she is very thoughtful and takes time to speak with my in-laws and make sure they have everything they need. We have not been able to visit but we hear great stories on our weekly phone calls about the kindness of everyone they deal with. Your work is very much appreciated.

This is a beautiful residence there's lots of support for people plenty of activities to do and great food and help I've been a volunteer here since 2012 and love going in and helping out
