I had a great experience working with Andrew during my mortgage renewal process, which happened right as the COVID lockdown started. Very helpful appraisal and I have since followed up about other property valuation questions and he has been knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve done multiple appraisals with Wieland and associates. They are very good to deal with, very meticulously detailed when it comes to comparables which is super hard to find nowadays. You get what you pay for, they’re hands down the best in Ottawa when it comes to using common sense.
