The very clean and welcoming residence. My father has lived there for 4 months. He says the food is varied, very good and the portions well balanced. Suggestion: there should be a $$ ATM accessible to residents in the residence, this would save them a lot of travel.

The advantage at Chartwell is that you are not isolated. If we want, we can stay at our accommodation and do what we want. However, we also have the opportunity to meet new people, make new friendships, chat, participate in games in small groups or simply watch others play in order to break the loneliness and boredom. This is very important ... my dad really appreciates Chartwell and his staff

Excellent reception. From the first day all the members of the staff contributed to facilitate my acclimatization to the environment of a residence for seniors. The residence is very clean and many facilities make life very pleasant. This residence is also located in St-Eustache, in the middle of several services (food, convenience stores, pharmacies, big box stores, etc.). Thanks again for looking ahead,. . . even small whims. . .

The measures put in place in the context of the pandemic are reassuring for visitors and especially residents. However, my mother was full that the food during the quanrantial period was less interesting. My mother finds her accommodation very beautiful.

My parents have been at Chartwell L'Unique for three years. They made new friends, live in spacious accommodation and receive many services such as bi-weekly housekeeping, activity tracking and a monthly journal informing them of upcoming accomplishments and events. Also, the meals are varied, tasty and accessible to all, whether they take an à la carte meal or the menu of the day, they are never disappointed: starter, meal and dessert ... and what about hot bread, yum 🥰. In short, I warmly recommend the Unique where conviviality and happiness are at the rendezvous.
