Excellent service! Sébastien L'Archevêque came for the inspection of a house and he was very professional, detail-oriented and meticulous. He explained every single thing to us and checked even the smallest things that we would have never thought of. Highly recommended! Great job Sébastien. Thank you so much!

The inspector was very thorough, taking enough time to explain clearly and concisely all the issues that needed our attention. He was also perfectly bilingual. He just did an amazing job. I had an inspection done last year which only lasted 30 mins. This inspector took 2 hours and did an amazing job.
