I have only good things to say about my experience doing a pre-purchase inspection with this team. Jean-Francois was an excellent communicator for scheduling the inspection, and making sure everything was clear and organized. Maxime was our inspector. He was professional, prompt, respectful of the home and the owner, detailed, thorough, and patient. He answered all of my questions and did a very methodical and detailed inspection of the property. I appreciated that Inspection sur mesure provided a fixed rate quote for the inspection, and that Maxime took his time and was diligent in thoroughly completing his inspection. Highly recommend using this team!

An attentive and quality inspection, a complete and very professional report presented in a very short time. We did business with Francis (for two inspections elsewhere - residential and commercial). He was well beyond his mandate and took his time to explain various things to know about the house such as the operation of the air exchanger, the importance of removing the mosquito nets from windows before winter, and to explain to us different standards of the building. We feel we understand our house and it is easier to take ownership and understand the different subtleties. We therefore recommend Customized Inspection without hesitation! - Benoit Hammarrenger

The inspector really takes the time to go around the house and explain the various elements he denotes, he popularizes even the most technical aspects and he acts with respect for the property and the owner.
