I am a customer of the bnc since 1999, on this point nothing to complain about. The staff in this branch are ''lovely''. What I have to say and I repeat for too long .... The opening hours, closing and nothing on Saturday. The NLC should be on time at this level. TD, SCOTIA, CIBC, BMO, CERTAIN DESJARDINS, closed on Thursday at 8pm, every day at 4pm and some at 6pm. Open at 09h00 instead of 10h .... Good brief adapted to the modern world of the 21st century! So let's go on that side, which is essential for the community, and I do not think anyone will contradict me on that point. For the rest it's ok. Good day ladies and keep smiling is very important .... Especially for the little old people like me😀😀😀
